they have a gluten free menu and staff is knowledgeable. pulled pork sandwich on gluten free bun is very good. possibly the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. I just have a gluten sensitivity and never got sick, but not sure how strict they are about cross contamination, so definitely ask if you have celiac.

Great options and the staff was knowledgeable on options available.

The staff was very knowledgeable and confirmed everything with the chefs that nothing was updated. Had a Gluten Free bun as well for their meats. All of their meats were GF and all sauces except 1 was. Yum!

Always have good luck here. I enjoy the ribs and most of the sides. Avoid the fryer, though.

The food was amazing! Lots of flavor and I actually got full. Everyone was wonderful and knew right away what was gluten free. No reactions so far.

All their meats , most sauces and some of their sides are GF. They also have GF buns,however you have to ask for them when you order. It has excellent BBQ and has won multiple local awards for " BEST BBQ IN IOWA CITY".

Do not recommend for celiac or otherwise sensitive. Talked with the manager at length and still got sick. I ate here pre diagnosis and the food is hit or miss. It was not good the day I got sick. Head over to the Mellow Mushroom in the Coral Ridge mall. They do GF right.

All the meats are gf, but they don't have many gf sides to choose from, coleslaw or potato chips. The last two times I ate their ribs, they were horrible, tough and dry.
