Review of Jimmy John's

After several visits I'm more and more pleased. They are eager to change gloves and lay their paper out to cover their work space when I mention "gluten free." One employee specifically recalled my worry over the Dijon and made sure no one put it on my unwich. I did my own research as they don't have a gluten free menu but they are more than willing to accommodate and always friendly.
