Review of Jimmy John's

I like the unwich, which is any kind of sub sandwich they offer, minus the bread, and wrapped in lettuce. Although I have read many different websites saying that their cheese was gluten free, I decided to get provolone cheese. I was skeptical, but ate it anyway. I got sick, so I'm pretty sure there is gluten in the cheese. Don't order cheese and you should be ok. I'm not a celiac, so as far as sanitizing all equipment for cross-contamination, I am not sure if they can accommodate.
