Safe was friendly and able to answer my questions. Quick service and ate in the restaurant. Pizza was fantastic, crust was very similar to a normal pizza crust.
After eating the owner came out to check on our experience including the gluten free pizza. Shared the crusts are made by a bakery in WI and shipped in, and they have procedures for making gluten free pizza. Owner seemed knowledgeable as he does have family members that are celiac.

Had the Super Sausage on gluten free crust. Homemade sauce, fresh toppings, one of the best GF crusts I've ever had. My gluten eating family even thought the crust was excellent. Awesome, personable service from the owner! Changed gloves and were careful with cross-contanimation. Not celiac safe as there is flour from regular pizza in the kitchen, but if you're able to tolerate some in the air, you won't be disappointed!
