A hip, contemporary sushi restaurant with gluten free rice and extreme care and caution when it comes to your allergies. The staff spent over ten minutes on the phone going through my options and assured me they’d talk to the chef about my allergy and take special precautions for cross contamination. The soy sauce even came with gluten free stickers so I could feel confident. The food was amazing. The prices were fair. Best of all, the customer service was outstanding.
