This is not a celiac safe place, it is a shared fryer. The staff is not knowledgeable about what it means for a celiac person to have food in a shared fryer. They lied and said it was in a separate and a younger employee let me know it wasn’t.

The man who took our order was knowledgable. They have dedicated fryers for wings and fries. I ate them without any issue. Friendly staff and yummy food when you’re craving a hot wing fix!
Yes
Used to be Celiac friendly. Last time I went there they told me while they have dedicated dryers, they still reuse the same sauce as the breaded products on the “gluten free” wings, making them not gluten free. Really disappointed since this was an awesome place for gluten free wings

I'd say outside of a really busy night and with the right employee behind the counter, Jim's does a good job of avoiding cross contamination. However, the last time I was there on a very busy Friday night the server seemed rushed and confused about what would make their products GF. Even though they assured me the fries were gluten free multiple times, they didn't taste like the normal ones and I still had a reaction.

SO good! Seriously. They are fantastic!! The guy working the counter was knowledgeable and so great. Both the wings and fries are gf which is a treat! Highly recommend!!!

They have dedicated fryer for wings and fries. All their sauces are gluten free. Best wings in Fort Collins or anywhere as far as I’m concerned. They have never made me sick.

Not a huge fan of these wings, but you can't beat gluten free sauces in a dedicated fryer. And besides my opinion, these are often rated as best wings in fort collins.
