JIN Sushi (Downtown)

We always go at lunch time and the staff is super knowledgeable and I’ve never failed to be able to order without them accommodating and they make sure to take precautions. I love everything here. My favorite go-to is a baked salmon role with snow crab substituted for imitation and no sauce. Also, any of the sashimi is amazing. You really can’t go wrong. I’ve never ever gotten sick from here. It’s my fav place to eat in Bakersfield.
