Review of Jing Young Chinese & Hot Pot

I had dinner here today and it was excellent. The owner came out and spoke to us. She said all dishes were prepared to order and most items could be made gluten free. I loved the Moo Goo Gai Pan.

This restaurant is in Monument but fairly close to Colorado Springs. It’s right off the freeway at Baptist Rd.
