They have gluten free pancakes and toast on their menu. However, when I asked the waitress if they would toast the gluten free bread separately from other bread, she just flat out said no, and didn’t offer to make any accommodations (after I had explained about my Celiac). Why offer gluten free options if you won’t cook them separately even when asked? It can’t be that hard to toast a piece of toast in a clean pan on request. (We were there at 3pm and the place was totally empty so it’s not like grill space would have really been an issue). I ended up having an omelette after verifying it would be cooked in its own pan, but the waitresses refusal to cook anything like toast or potatoes separately at a time when the restaurant was completely empty was pretty disappointing. Will not be going back and this has turned me off their other locations as well.

Wanted to order GF pancakes but they are cooked on same grill as regular pancakes. I am celiac and no offer was made to accommodate me (separate pan or clean grill) ordered eggs and bacon instead and that was good. Wife had omelet and that was yummy also.

Omelette was great and waiter was knowledgeable about the potatoes being cooked with gluten. This place was more like a dive diner and service was so so

I have celiac disease and was told Jinky's was great and had options. I called ahead to see about their kitchen/prep area to prevent cross contamination. The person I spoke to on the phone bluntly said they knew nothing of any preventative procedures to keep celiac diners safe so I never ordered.

Weekends get very busy. Allow time. It’s either under staffed or really busy. But staff is accommodating and will meet your needs. Been going here with my gluten free and celiac friends for years and everyone gets food and drinks and leaves happy
