On their menu: "Gluten-free noodles are cooked in the same noodle cooker as regular/non gluten-free noodles. This gluten-free noodle is not an option if you have gluten allergies." Why even bother having GF noodles as an option?

Review
This is a straight up Ramen place that offer GF noodles with anything you want on them, and that will make a full meal. I did not have the GF Ramen and didn't ask about water cross contamination but it's probably an easy request for them to handle. Some vegan options too. And non dairy-it's Asian food. Ramen is very good, place is modern but relaxed, with hip clubby music.
