They have three items on the menu that are safely gf - steamed rice, cauliflower, and edamame. At first I decided not to order after the server asked if I was intolerant or celiac abd said that while they have gf noodles, they use the same cooker. So I didn’t want to chance it. Then the manager came by and explained how frequently the water changes in the cooker. I decided to try the chicken ramen. It was delicious and I didn’t have a reaction, I did take GlutenEze just to be safer. I don’t have celiac and don’t consider myself to be super sensitive but did react to another restaurant’s gf menu item on this trip. So I recommend but with caution.

Jinya has a gluten free noodle for their ramen. It is NOT for gluten sensitive or celiac. I was informed before ordering that all of the noodles go into the same broth. The only safe options are cauliflower or edamame. The server was very nice but was adamant that it was not safe for my allergy.
