Literally the coolest/best place ever!! I found it by using the dinner option on this app and normally don’t like to try new places but I was like it’s date night let’s do it and I’m so glad I did! I had a gluten free French dip, dirty kettle chips, and a brownie. My husband had street tacos, Caesar salad, and Oreo cheesecake. It was ALL gluten free! I saw they even have biscuits and gravy for brunch on Saturday and Sunday and I’m so excited to go just to try that. Also their drinks were so good! 100/10 recommended going

Excellent menu! I’m a silent celiac but always ensure to take precautions. Staff was knowledgeable PLUS waitress said they had a few celiacs working so they know exactly what precautions to take. Great, cozy, atmosphere. Will return if I’m ever in town again.

I hate to leave this review since the owner has celiac disease and all, but I had lunch here and had a cocktail with gin. I was hesitant to have the gin, but we overheard that the owner tastes the alcohol (that is distilled to the point of removing gluten), and all their liquors are considered GF.

3 hours later, I’m vomiting up everything and super nauseous. This is the worst reaction I’ve had in years. They must have served me real bread on the panini because this was full-on food poisoning.

Celiac and have never gotten sick here. Staff is super knowledgeable and most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Great food!

Owner a distiller and a bar tender have celiac. They know all above contamination. My cousin knew the owner and set up a lunch and tasting for us. Everything on the menu including dessert can be made Gf. Beautiful clean friendly place.

I had a GF Ruben sandwich, salad and dirty kettle chips. I also used the link from a previous review for a free drink. (Thanks Monica! 😉) Good for families even though it’s a distillery, at least for lunch. Definitely celiac safe.

Back to the important stuff! The staff was very knowledgeable of the seriousness of celiac and helped me navigate the menu.

The owner and one of the distillers has celiac and test all the drinks and it was shared that they don’t have any reactions to any of the alcohols they make. I stuck with the Rum regardless since it is made from molasses rather than the other ones offered. They mentioned it’s a newer kitchen that was created with them intent of the owner and distiller being able to eat there so cross contamination is not an issue. He marked my order with allergy AND Celiac marker.

They were out of the usual panini bread but had other bread substitutions for GF. The bread itself was amazing since it was so close to REAL bread.

All of the menu can be made GF and they are VERY careful with cross contamination. 10/10 cannot wait to go again!

Tons of great options. We were told the owner has celiac and manager has a gluten intolerance so they are very careful. Best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. Great sandwiches and salads also. Of course great drink options.

What a fun atmosphere and great food and drinks. Very knowledgeable about GF and cross contamination. According to our server, one of the owners has Celiac. They are experiencing a staff shortage so be patient as it took a while to get our food and drinks. We will definitely go back.
