New restaurant- was exited to try it. When asked if they were familiar with gluten, was told, “everything we have has gluten”... I asked for manager, she shook her head and walked away from her employee. The employee came over and said, “we don’t have anything gluten free”.... I left and went straight to chipotle where I know they are educated on gluten and cross contamination.
