They were very patient and understanding with my questions regarding the flavored syrups. They use Monin flavor syrups and they have a clean line that is labeled GF. The Monin SAUCES are not labeled GF, so instead of chocolate sauce, they used dark chocolate syrup in my coffee. Be sure to ask them to read the label or allow you to as not all the syrups are GF. They clean and sanitize the blenders between customers. They have baked goods and sometimes a GF selection but it is kept in the same case as the gluten items and unknown as to where it is baked, so not celiac safe. (I ate their baked goods prior to my diagnosis and they are delicious but I have never eaten their GF offerings because of my previous description). Every time I go in the staff is always so pleasant and helpful.
