We asked the really sweet girl behind the counter about gluten-free precautions. She was totally willing to help us, but unfortunately all surfaces in the kitchen are shared, so cross contamination is going to happen. She said that they could grill the bread anyway because maybe the gluten would be killed off with the heat. I wish! She was super kind, but we didn't feel comfortable eating here and thanked her and walked out instead. So disappointed!
