Fantastic options for Celiac diners and my son had no reaction. They do charge a 3.00 fee for gluten free alternatives (PER ITEM). That can add up and felt a bit over the top to me. But I’m grateful they do have a dedicated fryer and our server did seem well aware of what options they could safely make for my son. You just have to ask. I’d give more stars if it weren’t for the per item fees.

Joe Willy’s is absolutely amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable, and cross contamination is non existent here. They have GF fries as well as breaded fish and chicken! 10/10 recommend!

I tested my meal using my nima tester and it came back as “gluten found” 😩 Make sure to bring your tester if you have one and test before consuming your meal. I advised the manager about it and she felt bad and was happy I let her know. Its very hard eating out and even though you make sure to ask all the right questions etc it’s still a gamble we take each time we eat at a restaurant.

WOW! Food was awesome. Dedicated fryer. Almost everything can be made GF. Had a crab cake to start...and was blown away by the taste. Went for seafood, but when I found it out chicken parm could be made GF, I went with that...blown away again. Large portion, too...took 1/2 of it home. Our server, who I believe was also the chef, had a child born with celiac, so was as knowledgeable as any of us. Felt totally safe after learning that. Highly recommend and hope next time I’m in that area I can go there again.

Fantastic service. Had the fried sampler with only shrimp and chicken to stay gluten free and it was awesome. Salmon was excellent. Want to go back already!

Amazing gluten free fish n chips. GF crab cakes were a special today - yum! GF fryer is separate and staff very knowledgeable about which items can be GF (most of them ).

I went last night for dinner with my husband. The food was amazing! They had a dedicated GF fryer and batter for all the seafood. Staff was knowledgable about all the options. I would definitely recommend and go back for another meal.

gluten free fried shrimp, clams, crab cakes (today's special), French fries, and the list goes on. all in a dedicated gf fryer. my gf kids even got fried chicken fingers!

We're locals and this has been one of our favorite places to eat for years. Most things can be made gluten free (including kid food) and we've never gotten sick. Every once and a while you have to remind the waitstaff to not bring bread to the table but other than that, they're very good with allergies. It's not a quick, cheap place to eat but if you're looking for a great local place for a nice dinner, this is the place to go!

This place was great. Our waitress was so nice, and knew a lot about the gluten free options. They don't have a gf menu, but she explained that they have a dedicated fryer and special gf breading. She told us she thinks the gf breading is tastier than the regular one. So we shared a big platter of fried shrimp, clams, and tilapia. It was amazing!!

It's so rare that I get to have fried fish that half the time it's good just because of the novelty but the fish itself was so good. Softest clams I've ever had!

Very disappointed. They continually stated over the phone and in person that they could make almost anything on the menu gf. Not true! First three things I ordered they couldn't do. Ended up getting breaded flounder. No taste. I spoke to one of the staff and had to keep asking what was gf. I ask them to make a not of it on their menu so you know what you can and can't get. Wait staff was slow and not knowledgeable about gf. Not 100% sure entire meal was gluten free as stated. Not a repeat customer by any means!

my husband and i both had the seafood platter. it had been a few years since i had a fried platter. it is hard to get fresh fried seafood that is delicious and gluten free. I can honestly tell you that this was one of the freshest seafood meals I've ever had. you can tell the owner takes pride in the quality of food served.

This place is wonderful! Friendly staff, great prices, delicious food. Even my parents, who are food snobs, love it! Definitely recommend it :-)

this place is the best..you go in and the place isnt real fancy and you think what the heck....the food is not only delicious ..prices are great portions are huge! wonderful atmosphere. Gluten free meals are so yummy and not over priced like lots of restaurants do...i bring all my non gluten free friends there also...they are shocked by how great the food is and always ask if we could go back...great great service always! will continue to patronage and tell others gluten free and none to go!

GF family run. Great food, friendly staff, reasonably priced. Have eaten there over half dozen times...consistently excellent!
