Joe's Brooklyn Pizza - Perinton Pizzeria

The staff was rude when I was asking questions over the phone. The gluten free pizzas are cooked in the same oven, but in a separate try. However, the employee I spoke with said they cut all of the pizzas on the same surface and they don’t wipe it down. They said the likelihood of flour being on the pizza was high. Overall, disappointed.

So I want to start this with saying that I did not ask my normal questions, the pizza was brought to me by a friend of mine...... With that said - I decided to risk it because I found out the crust is actually provided by Donna Marie's Bakery. The pizza comes in sizes small, large and sheet....the large was normal sized pizza that tasted very good. I did not yield any symptoms (I'm generally mild). I do plan on returning and asking my 20 questions but from where I sit right now this appears to be a excellent option.
