Gluten free menu was provided but only includes the most expensive items on the menu. Split a steam pot with a friend which included lobster that was so dry we couldn't get the meat out. Waitress was accommodating but food was overpriced and not good. Wouldn't go back to this one!

Seafood was cooked perfectly, waiter was extremely helpful and cheerful, restaurant was very busy and food still came out quickly. I would definitely return my next trip to Omaha!

great customer service! the manager came out to talk with us to make sure our order was taken and made properly. they don't have a specific menu that's gf but there are a lot of dishes that are naturally gf.

I went here with a big party. They took care of me but the menu wasn't super extensive and they seemed like they didn't know a whole lot about gluten and whatnot. I would go there again but it will never be my first choice.

We were sorely disappointed in our experience at this location. They didn't have any gf menus available (had to go print one off in the back manager's office) and none of the staff, *including* the manager, really understood what the gf menu entailed or how to feed a patron gf. His party line was that couldn't ensure that it'd be totally safe for us. We'd had a tremendously fantastic experience at the restaurant in Galveston but this one left us completely nervous. I don't think we'll be going back even though none of us got sick from xcon. It was far too stressful worrying whether the kitchen staff understood what they were doing, whether the wait staff, hostess staff, or manager, really knew about the feature that their corporate office chose to roll out. Completely scary. We'll be approaching the corporate office with our feedback about this because obviously there's a fail in the training from the top down. If it hadn't been for the kitchen's inherent cooking procedures, we would have also gotten sick.

After reading the reviews I really didn't want go, but my husband loves Joe's so I thought I would give it a try. They were phenomenal. The manager came over and talked with me about what I could have. We got the classic pot that had a barbecue seasoning. She informed the kitchen of my celiac disease and ensured they would watch for cross contamination and avoid it at all costs. Keep in mind, we were the first customers in the place. We wanted to go when it wasn't busy so they could focus more on my health restrictions.

If i could give it a 0 I would. our waiter was amazing but they have NOTHING gluten free on the kids meal. With a 7 yr old with celiac I asked if they could sub grilled chicken for the breaded stuff they had. The manager on duty Cassidy (I believe) said no at first had to threaten leaving and having a husband 2 teen boys 2 young girls and myself he finally got her to agree to let us order a side salad and a chicken breast then charged us 10 $ for it. This is my husband's favorite seafood chain but I refuse to go back until they address the menu issues for children. She isn't gluten free by choice and she was so unprofessional she REFUSED to come to the table to resolve the issue. I don't spend $120+ to have my child cry because they wont work with us making her feel bad about an allergy she can't help!

The GF menu presented included those gluten safe options for Steampots, Buckets of Crab and two salad choices. Average price except for salads was $25. The GF menu included questionable dishes with Old Spice Seasoning or Andouille sausage. We ordered and our waiter, Gary, was very accomodating. I played safe and had the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. We waited 45 minutes after ordering for our meals and when it came there no crab crackers available. Guests at neighboring tables let us have their crackers to use when they were done with them. My six shrimp on my salad were very good, but the rest of the salad consisted of romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese which seemed overpriced at $15. Other guest's food at our table was served cold and there were comments that the portions were skimpy, overpriced, overseasoned and greasy. Also, the staff danced for us during dinner. Altogether I enjoyed our visit but will probably not return.

ordered a couple different steam pots. Crab was OK, lobster was like eating rubber...NOT GOOD, clams did not open...NOT GOOD (maybe not cooked correctly as none of them opened and were still served wait staff said it had been happening), substitued scallops...quarter size and really bad...NOT GOOD quality vs pricing...NOT GOOD, overall dining experience 2 STARS and that might be a bit generous. Will probably pass on another visit....SAD

Their GF menu is not GF!! What the heck? Their GF menu offers candies walnuts on salads, bbq sauce and Bacon, which is sketch. In the kitchen, the waitress told me they "wipe down" the cooking surface before preparing a special meal. Definitely not ideal. And they don't offer a GF dessert menu. :(

Gluten free options, but servers did not seem knowledgeable. When I asked for gluten free, they removed ALL potential allergens (no eggs or avocados on a Cobb salad?). Gluten free and regular food (according to others) did not seem fresh.

I always get the steamed crab legs, which are delicious! They also come with a butter dipping sauce, potatoes, and corn on the cob. They have a gluten free specific menu, so that's always nice!

On the gluten free menu, it stated that I could have fries. So I asked for the manager, and asked her if they used 1 fryer just for fries. She said that they uses a fryer for fries and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks are not g-free. So if I wouldn't have asked, I could have ate something that was cross contaminated. Since I was with a group, I stayed and ate something that I knew was safe and it was good; however I will probably not return because of the restaurant not being fully informed about gluten free.
