Joe's Italian Ice

I talked to a couple people here today - one appeared to be the owner, the other an employee. The latter knew more about gluten issues and helped me pick a gluten free dessert. While the Italian Ice was all gluten free, she double-checked that the soft serve ice cream was as well. It was! The only things she told me to avoid were the toppings and flavors with obvious issues (cookie crumbles, etc.). I had the watermelon/peach ice with vanilla ice cream and suffered no ill effects.
