Joey Chiu's Greenspring Inn

One of our favorite restaurants. Chinese cuisine. We eat there often. Extensive menu. Some menu items may be marked gluten-free but much of the menu can be made gluten-free. Consult with server. I feel very safe eating there, have never had any symptoms, and I get very sick from just one crumb of gluten. The chef definitely knows how to cook gluten-free. His wife must eat gluten free. Has several dining rooms. We love the front sunny dining room with floor to ceiling windows with a delightful view. Make reservations as this is very busy restaurant.
