Updating. Most staff is knowledgeable about celiac. Separate pans and utensils should be used. However they have been very busy and the staff isn’t as consistent with knowing. Food is not marked either. We got sick last time which has never happened before so I am not sure we will be back.
The gf pizza is absolutely amazing as is the gf Mac and cheese. Unless they mark it somehow or update procedures we likely won’t be back.

Super tasty! Perfect blend of sauce and cheese, the sausage isn't spicy at all so it's perfect for Minnesotans! I really loved the taste if everything and the GF crust is actually pretty good, but I definitely had a reaction and I can't say that they are celiac friendly. They tried hard and we're really accommodating, but due to the nature of a pizza place that tosses their pizza in the air and flour all over the place, I don't think it'll ever be celiac friendly.

Haven’t tried the pizza yet, but their GF pasta is delicious! Awesome place to grab lunch or dinner. The person taking our order was very knowledgeable of Celiac.
One of the best Celiac-friendly experiences we've had with a Pizza place. GF pizzas made off-site; Pizza given it's own pan; Cashier asked if it was for a "Celiac" diner when we ordered GF. Not to mention, the Pizza had fresh ingredients and was absolutely fantastic!
