We visited Johnny Pomodoro instead of calling in our order. After telling the front person we needed to know our food would be safe from gluten, she brought out one of the chefs. He explained their safety protocols. They take GF and all food allergies very seriously. There are Certificates of Allergen AwarenessTraining on their wall. I highly recommend this place
