False advertising. GF pizza only has GF crust. Owner and staff know Nothing about cross contamination. When questioned about their incorrect and misleading advertising the manager became standoffish and subsequent calls to the franchise owners and regional franchise directors have been ignored. Do not eat here!

The Johnson City location was packed so I was sure I was going to suffer from cross contamination but it never happened. Definitely give this location a try.
My stomach hurt a bit after eating here. Okay crust and taste. Johnson City location is better and has smarter staff.
Cross contamination is a huge issue. gluten free crust was undercooked.
No
The gluten free crust was improperly cooked, and I was so disappointed. I wish I had read the previous review before eating here. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Best gluten free pizza I’ve found in the area. The crust has cauliflower, but I think you wouldn’t know it if you weren’t told. No cauliflower taste at all, in my opinion. Great texture. Very nice people, always great service. And some of the best salads I’ve ever had. I’ve also had the wings and fries without issue.

I asked about GF options as soon as I entered this location since it had been a few years since there was a review on this app.
They have 10 inch cauliflower crusts as an option they come sealed from the manufacturer and don’t interact with the areas other pizzas are made.
There is still the possibility of CC at a place like this.
For us, the pizzas were made on their own pans in the oven, cook wore new gloves and responsibility for the pizzas was dedicated to one cook.
Overall a positive experience.

If you're celiac you should definitely tell the staff and they'll take measures to separate your food, there's even a specified gluten free pizza cutter! PLEASE get the cauliflower crust and not the gluten free, it's SO much better. There's also wings and fries, but they're cooked in the same frier as breaded things so I wouldn't trust it if you're celiac. You can also get a doughless slice of pizza, which is just toppings in bowl. Solid choice. There's also salads. They also have Angry Orchard and a small selection of wine.

Got very sick after eating the GF crust. Not sure if it was cross contact or what but I unfortunately won’t be going back :( so sad! I used to love their pizzas pre-diagnosis.

Ordered delivery and the pizza was very good! They had cauliflower crust and gluten free crust and I opted for the gluten free. It came on a metal pan. Slightly under cooked on the bottom but there were options where I could have selected it to be cooked longer. My husband had a regular pizza and also enjoyed it.
