Review of John's Pizzeria

Disclaimer: I am NOT celiac. The waiter specifically said the pizza is made in the same oven as the regular pizzas. I did ask him to wipe out the oven and he said they could absolutely do that. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. I got a gfree pizza with sausage. When it came out, I actually had to ask the waiter to assure me that it was gluten free because it looked SO GOOD. He said it was and I took a bite. And, let's just say there were many happy tears. I have missed New York pizza since I stopped eating gluten but this gave me that taste back. I am SO happy with my experience here. Now I have to see if they deliver to Orlando, FL!
