This bakery is NOT safe for celiacs. It is a wheat bakery with a few items marked GF. There is too much wheat around for anything baked there to be GF. My partner got a nice sandwich on wheat, but I wouldn't even go back inside because you could see flour in the air.
It gets a zero for GF, but a 3 for the wheat sandwich.

So grateful to have found a gluten free bakery in SLO! Delicious treats and they also make specialty tarts and cakes GF! The owner is a Mom. A true Mom & Pop bakery. Dedicated kitchen space GF.
