My husband has a gluten allergy and is sensitive to cross contamination. Our waitress was knowledgeable enough to let us know that he should not order anything fried because it all shares the same fry oil. The menu didn’t have any allergy listings so we had to ask the waitress about every item we were interested in. My husband picked a salad with fingerling potatoes that the waitress thought were boiled. She listed his order as gluten allergic and when the food arrived, it didn’t have any potatoes on it. When we asked why, she reported they were fried and thus removed. They didn’t try to offer a substitute of any kind and the salad was kind of lackluster without all of it’s ingredients. I ordered the nachos, thinking we could share and asked the waitress to confirm the chips weren’t fried in the cook oil. She forgot to ask and when the meal arrived, I had to ask again. She went back to the kitchen and confirmed the chips are fried onsite and weren’t safe to share. In all, it was a very frustrating experience trying to advocate for a gluten allergy at this restaurant and I don’t think we will be back to try again.

Has Golden Manatee Belipago on tap. Separate gluten free dinner menu. Server was knowledgeable about kitchen and fryer use.

A cool place and has some good options. I would say in terms of food it’s either really good or a little lackluster. I have been disappointed in terms of flavor at times. My go to would be the BLT option. They do have amazing drinks. I recommend their gf vodka. It’s very tasty. I love to get a vodka sprite here.

After a few bites into my sandwich, I noticed there was one fry sitting under the sandwich. The fryer is a shared fryer. This made me wonder if they put fries on my plate and then took them off once they realized it was a gluten free plate. The waiter was very nice about it and a new meal was brought out. They have a GF IPA Beer on tap that was delicious.

Love that they have gluten free menu! But ordered the gf Brussels sprouts and they accidentally brought the regular Brussel sprouts. they corrected it... after a few bites in

I have eaten here twice. The waiter was very knowledgeable. I’ve had a delicious salad with lots of toppings, and last time had the burger with a GF bun. Good place to go with a mixed group of diners.

Had the warm olives and steak salad. One of the best meals I've ever had.

Gluten-free menu available. They were also very accommodating about my allergies, casein (dairy) and tree nuts. Food was good--but was so good I was nervous it wasn't GF! Did not crumble and had great flavor. The lamb burger was a bit on the bland side but I will definitely go back--that is just a personal preference, not a GF issue. Service was excellent--she checked her chart for allergens and also confirmed with the kitchen. No adverse reactions!

Awesome Gf meal. I felt very safe ordering since I have Celiac. Waiter was helpful. I had the lamb burger, which has cumin, which at first I thought might be spicy, but it wasn't too much, it was perfect! So glad I tried that since it was recommended. Delicious, juicy, tasty, and I loved every bite! Great place!

I had the lamb burger with a gluten free bun and a salad. The food was good, the waiter knowledgeable and I didn’t get sick. I’m very sensitive and asked questions about cross contamination and the waiter assured me they take extra precautions and use a separate area for prepping. The only sad thing is they don’t have a dedicated fryer.

Any of their salads or hamburgers can be made gluten free- not pizza, which they're known for. They have some gluten free beers. I got a hamburger on a gluten free bun, which was amazing. I got a side salad instead of fries because they share friers.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, immediately knew what celiac was and even brought up preventing CC before I could mention it. GF beer/food was terrific. I miss having beer on tap, so I'm stoked I didn't have a reaction to drinking it. This is my go-to anytime I'm going out with friends.

As a GF (Celiac) vegetarian, there weren't a TON of options (and the truffle fries are out, due to a shared fryer), but the server was incredibly knowledgeable, and even doubled checked on a few items (like the special was a risotto, which WAS GF, but wasn't vegetarian). So glad I read these reviews - the bun was delicious, and as soon as I said that, my partner worried I was going to be glutened, but it was actually a tasty GF bun. Shocking!

Delicious food and delightful service. They even had a gluten free IPA on tap when I can in! I'm a celiac and Ate here twice this week with no issues. Local and housemade ingredients; try a sandwich on gf roll!

GF bun option opens up nearly their entire menu up to gf people! LOVE the GF burger with Brie. Wish there were a JP where I live!!!
