We were traveling for a hockey tournament and this restaurant was recommended. The staff were very helpful going back and forth to confirm exactly what we needed to be safe. I believe the GM of this restaurant is a Celiac. The chef said there was not a dedicated fryer for fries but would be happy to fry them in a separate pan. I had one happy 11 year old! Steaks were excellent! We loved so much we went back two days later. Great safe spot for Celiacs to eat.
