Cross contamination is definitely a concern here, especially when the shop is busy. However, the food is delicious, and I was able to successfully able to enjoy the chicken sandwich! Staff was understanding and helpful, too. Speak up about allergy/ celiacs and visit at off peak hours.

My family found JoMama's disappointing. We got the gf bagels but couldn't get them toasted (they only have one toaster an no grill). The breakfast sandwich eggs are all pre-made and only average at best. The service wasn't great. The girl at the register had zero personality and seemed like we were bothering her. On a bright note, the fruit smoothies were good. We ar not likely to return.

Have gluten free bagels, but when I asked if any of the cream cheeses were gluten free, the cashier asked another woman, and she then said that she didn't have the ingredients list with her, and then went back to working. Bagel tastes like an udis bagel but probably not worth it.

They told me the only gluten free option was an Udi's plain bagel. It is handled and and toasted in the same toaster as regular bagels. Sun dried tomato cream cheese was ok, a little underwhelmed because I heard great things.

Only thing is there is one girl who completely regarded my allergy and luckily I was watching her. Gave me and attitude. She is very short with blonde hair. Love this place. But not going back when she is there. She acted like I was an inconvenience. Love the sandwiches though!
