Menu is marked and many of the meat options are gf as well as some stews. They switch the grill out in between customers, so as long as no one in your party orders non gf meat, you can eat here without cross contamination. The waiter knew what I was talking about and the food was good. The sauces for the meat aren't gf, but they brought me sesame oil with salt. Would recommend!

I was surprised because this place had good reviews before coming, but I ended up leaving before ordering because I felt so uncomfortable with the fact that our waiters had no idea what gluten was in the first place: also they were not confident about anything on their menu (even the stated gluten free items on the menu) being able to be made without cross contamination. Their manager also was not at the restaurant at the time so maybe they rely on their manager handling Celiac customers… But nonetheless I thought at least the waiters would know what gluten free meant.

Hi - our son, who was diagnosed with Celiac, had a birthday dinner here. The waiter was knowledgeable and directed us on what best to order. Stay away from anything marinaded. There’s a marinaded beef with a GF next to it, but he advised us it was not celiac safe. Our son could not use the sauces to put on beef, but they made a special GF sauce for him. Maybe bring some tamari with you? All the beef wrapped in lettuce was delicious. Great rice and the egg dish was also GF. Menu has GF items marked. …And the best part our son felt fine next day. So we will be back.

GF options clearly marked and they were fast to being me my own dipping sauce (salt and sesame oil). The marinated tenderloin is safe and SO GOOD. I brought in my own sauces and they didn’t care.

The menu has the gluten free options marked. But the staff it is not knowledgeable about crosscontamination. Only one of the employees was able to get the full extention od my concerns and was able to provide the information. In sum: the options available are very few, but at least it was possible to have one option and it was safe. No reactions.

Took my celiac kid for some Korean bbq. The staff made sure that he only got banchan(small side dishes) he could eat. He’s a big meat eater so he was in heaven with several different cuts of beef and pork grilled k style.

Ignore Kris’s one-star review below. I’ve been here twice now, and had a great experience both times. GF items are marked on the menu and staff is well-educated about gluten. Korean food is difficult to find GF. This place does it great for a good price! They grill the meat for you, which is a huge bonus. $32 bottle of wine in Manhattan is a plus too! The $90 meat selection is perfect for two. They bring out GF side dishes as well. Would highly recommend if you want GF-safe and tasty KBBQ in Manhattan!

Staffs separate gluten and gluten free foods and get precautions, very helpful and friendly. Food is very delicious. Highly recommended for celiacs who love Korean food.

Few and disappointing options. This is a Korean BBQ joint. The GF option is meat without any marinade or sauce. To me, that defeats the whole purpose of Korean BBQ. Given how much they brag about being GF, I expected they’d have at least one sauce or condiment. Nope!

Korean BBQ with gluten free indicator on the menu. The waiter/cook understands how to properly handle a mixed table of gluten and gluten free guests. Excellent service and delicious food.
