Our waitress took great care of us and made sure to communicate everything back and forth with the kitchen. They got clean utensils and fresh toppings from the back and told me that they changed gloves. They also let me know that they cooked the pizza in a separate part of the oven. This was probably the best gluten free crust I've had so far. I cut pieces for other non gluten free people at the table and a few of them preferred the gluten free crust. Even with the increased risks since they do make regular dough there I would definitely go back.
