Joseph has excellent gluten free dark bread (Vollkornbrot). The bread is made in a separate bakery and packaged there, to eliminate any chance of cross-contamination. There are two kinds, sunflower seed and amaranth, I highly recommend both. While quite pricy (~8€) it is a good sized loaf that will last you for two meals. Not something I can afford often, but definitely worth it as a treat. Also freezes well. I recommend you call and preorder if you are planning to buy, they sell out quickly
