I felt like I was dining in Europe, with a southwest flare. Our server knew all about celiac disease, and alerted the kitchen to treat my meal with extra caution. Literally all but a few things on the menu were gluten free. I ate sweet and spicy duck, and the chicken tamale. Dessert was bittersweet chocolate molten cake.
