Extremely knowledgeable staff, several GF options (including dessert), many items can be modified. The rice cakes used to be marked GF but no longer are because the restaurant discovered that an ingredient has trace amounts of gluten; this honesty and level of detail made me feel really comfortable that the restaurant knows what they are talking about for GF/Celiac

Everything on the menu was marked with all allergens and staff was very knowledgeable. Food was also delicious!
