Journey to Good Health Cafe

This was my favourite place to eat on our vacation. Tasty, fresh, healthy food. We ate here multiple times without issues. I’m a highly symptomatic celiac.

Nearly everything on the menu can be made gluten free with the exception of maybe two things. So good, definitely go here!

I came here a few weeks ago and the waiter recommended against eating here since all their items were made in the same oven. Given the other positive reviews perhaps this waiter was particularly cautious.

This place is a gem! The whole place is vegan, lots of gf options, the potato pancakes were delicious, really everything was! Don’t miss this place, you’ll love it!

We had the pizza (made on gf bread) that came with amazing hummus (came with gf bread upon request) and the strawberry fields salad. Everything was delicious and super fresh tasting. We had zero issues and the person taking our order was knowledgeable. We also had some ice cream from their connected shop Sweet Journey that was out of this world. We will definitely be going back there as much as we can and recommend you go too!

Ube sweet potato pancake might be one of the tastiest things I’ve had. Would recommend splitting it as a dessert. Gluten free bread served with hummus was also excellent. Staff immediately knew what celiac was and notified the kitchen.

I ordered a Japanese item, can't remember the full name and it was very good! They also have gluten free bread instead of the foccaica that comes with every entree.

Amazing food and drinks, the chia pudding bowl, sweet potato pancakes, and passion fruit tonic were all wonderful. Delicious and safe gf food

Had the GF sweet potato pancakes on their breakfast menu without any issues. Also tried my partner's falafel which was marked GF without incident. Food was definitely tasty and the staff was very nice and helpful.

So good! I also have a dairy allergy and everything is dairy free (vegan cheese, vegan dressings) and they were very knowledgeable about gluten free! I had the sweet potato pancakes - they were SO good! Highly recommend as a health-conscious option if you’re in the area! The restaurant/cafe is also super cute too!

the pancakes have oats so if you have a reaction stay away from those but aside from that there are many healthy options

Nutritionally conscious cafe and fully customizable. Friendly staff and amazing gourmet beautiful food.

Plant based cafe with majority gluten free dishes. Very knowledgeable staff. If you let them know you are gluten free, they will be very careful about cross contamination. I had vegan gf Mac and cheese that was cooked in a special pot and was awesome! No reaction!
