Like the rest of the restaurants in the casino, most of the gluten-free options are limited to fish (lobster, salmon, halibut). I don't have diagnosed celiacs, but I am sensitive to some cross-contamination. No gf sushi options. We shared the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer, I had the beef pho as an entree, and we shared the ice cream trio for dessert. Food was ok, service was fair, but lacking. Too few gf options.
About 5 things on the menu GF, none of which are sushi. Waitress seemed very unsure about the whole thing. Atmosphere loud (well, it's a casino...)

Lots of gluten free options on menu from pad thai to sushi. They even use real crab and not imitation for the sushi rolls. Staff is very knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Just about everything is gluten free and the staff and manager is very helpful and friendly with it and if u want something on the menu and it isn't GF they will make it GF for you with no additional cost.
