The waiter knew NOTHING about GF (we ordered sushi and only “regular” rolls)— and when I explained that I needed to ensure that all of the rolls were made without soy sauce and no faux crabmeat, he told me that their Boston roll has crabmeat (it doesn’t/didn’t, it has shrimp). Rolls had little to no protein (like TINY slicers) and just weren’t good/fresh.
They did have GF soy sauce— but the service and food were truly subpar to terrible— and I had a mild headache after eating, which likely means that there was cross contamination at work.
Do not recommend.

This was the first place I learned about soy sauce and imitation crab containing wheat. I thought I could never go back. However the staff are very thoughtful and bring me gluten free soy sauce as I sit down. Make sure you speak with someone who owns the business...there are several around...so they can explain exactly is safe or not. I love coming here getting good service food and not getting sick!
