Review of Joy Luck Bountiful

Another reviewer in July 2021 said they did not have dedicated fryer. I was there today and asked the same question and they said they do have a dedicated fryer but it is right next to the regular fryer. They cannot guarantee something didn't fall in it. That is different than not having a dedicated fryer. The server recommended a stir fry dish to be safe. Their ham fried rice uses tamari GF and their teriyaki sauce is gluten free. They seem very aware but are careful not to over promise. My food was good and it has been a long time since I've had fried rice.
