The food you can get there is some of the best you’ll get! Doesn’t matter if you get a cookie or cake or chicken tenders. But now if you are lucky enough to get there when the have their breakfast sandwich you are in for a real treat!!! The staff is exceptional too!!

I stopped in while traveling on I-95 and seeing their billboards. I was blown away by the selection. They had everything from bread to pastries to cake to actual meals. They also had vegan options for those needing that in addition to GF. And the staff were so friendly. So far from my haul, I’ve tried the brookie and it was delicious! I will definitely visit again when making that drive.

I've been ordering from JP's about 6 years now.. randomly came across their I95 billboard years ago when I was just coming to terms with my gluten free life.

Biscuits. Their freaking biscuits are so yummy! Breads, pastas, Hawaiian Rolls, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, cheesecakes, meals and just so much more. Seriously they are so good and the options are great!

I live in FL but thankfully have a best friend who lives an hour away from Benson so every month or 2 I get a fresh shipment hand delivered as we meet up somewhere halfway. Thankfully my bestie believes everyone deserves biscuits 💙

This bakery is seven blocks off 95. They have a great selection of gluten-free items. I get excited when we stop here so many choices.

Lots of good choices even iv you’re dairy free like me. I suggest ordering ahead, they’re barely a storefront, absolutely no place to sit and eat. But, more than a few shops in town carry their bread and treats.

Easy online ordering and everything was well marked. Special bonus points to the tasty chocolate challah, didn’t expect that as an option in NC.

So many good things already said. I will just add… if you are traveling, this place is right off 95 and totally worth the stop! You can purchase a cooler bag from them and they have ice packs. My ice pack was still well frozen several hours later. I also asked that they verify my selections to ensure they were nut free. The cashier used her computer to double check. Additionally, they have df/gf options.

This isn’t an “eat in” establishment. They have lots of frozen items that can be reheated, plus ready to eat breads and cakes. The chocolate cake, pepperoni bread, and quiche are all delicious! If you are looking for a restaurant, across the tracks on the opposite corner is a sandwich shop that uses JB bread for gf.

JPS Pastry is a certified gluten free bakery. They have a large selection of certified gluten free breads and pastries. They also sell a lot of vegan options. I saw their signs from the highways (I-95) and knew I had to stop. I’m so glad I did because they have some gluten AND soy free items for sale. I got the hamburger buns, a chocolate chip cookie, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, AND a red velvet cake square!! I would have gotten more but I didn’t have a way to store the frozen items.

Stopped here for a few snacks, then brought back a cooler to grab more on the way home. The Hawaiian rolls are awesome, as well as the oatmeal raisin cookies and frozen chicken tenders. Grab a cooler from Buc-ee’s for $20 and load up! Employees are super nice and helpful. They also have a website and ship multiple items. Will definitely stop whenever we’re traveling on 95.

Incredible gf bakery we found on our way back home from a east coast vacation. Worth a stop, especially for the biscuits! They also have an online store where you can order, and the owner was so nice to chat with. Also very knowledgeable about other allergens!

OMG soooo good I found this place due to this app. I wanted to Find GF chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. First of all the place smelled sooo good. JP has so many choices. The place is spotless. I wish there were prices on things no price anywhere unless I failed to see where to figure that out. When we got home I saw they rung up a second bag of biscuits we didn’t want. They were in the table but I pushed it far from our order. It was an extra $10 and I’m sure we are going to love it so it’s ok. We bought a few items because we are traveling.

Dedicated gluten-free bakery...the baked goods are varied and delicious. We had the tres leches cake for dessert the other day...delicious. pepperoni bread, lemon poppy seed bread. The best gluten free treats I’ve ever bought. I’m from Central FL, found their cookies in NoRa cafe, and decided to stop at the bakery in Benson on my way home. Jp’s has a real talent and provides customers with high quality taste and ingredients in all their foods! Great find while on vacation visiting family for the holidays. Currently dancing in the car while enjoying my cinnamon roll for the ride home.

They offer frozen, refrigerated, and freshly baked goods. Breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, pastas, pizzas, macaroni and even chicken tenders!

I absolutely love this bakery. They have more than just baked goods. They have actual meals! I love having them on hand in my freezer for a fast meal when I don’t feel like cooking. There bread is also the closest thing I have found to a normal sandwich bread. I haven’t had a single thing I have not liked.

I bought lots of stuff here (and spent a small fortune) but it is amazing. They mentioned they are going to start shipping soon. We bought biscuits, pepperoni bread, cheesecake, brownie, chicken nuggets, raviolis and more. To note - Only some items have nutritional labels (only stuff they currently wholesale). They also sell an amazing bread brand called ‘Imagine that GF’ as it’s a friend of his. was definitely a special treat! It is not a restaurant - it’s a shop to pick things up.

TAKE OUT ONLY. MOSTLY FROZEN. Great selection. We picked up muffins & carrot cake for our road trip. One muffin was dry, but the rest were very good. (I wouldn't get the cream cheese muffin again).

Most of the savory options appeared to need cooking, except the bread. This wasn't a place to pick up a meal for a road trip.

The softest GF breads, rolls and baked goods I’ve ever had - seriously. The Hawaiian Rolls are delightful and I am in love with their Oatmeal Cookies (they’re HUGE). The Red Velvet Cheesecake is on point and I loved their Biscuits. Worth the trip to stock up and freeze some amazing breads and pastries (some items come frozen as well).

I stopped at this bakery on a road trip with my family!! The owner was there and he walked us through all the items! I also have an almond allergy and he told me how everything was marked! Best thing before heaven. If you are driving on 95 in North Carolina, you must stop at JPs certified gluten free bakery in Benson. I got the banana nut bread and granola. The banana bread was unbelievable. Moist, full of nuts, delicious - my non GF friends loved it. The granola was so so so good with a hint is sea salt and tony chocolate chips. Haven’t tried the jalapeño cheddar bread I bought but I’m pretty sure it will also be amazing. Stop here even if you aren’t GF.
