Review of Jr's Diner

I went for breakfast and wanted to love it. The server (possibly owner) was very attentive and made herself available for questions. The pancake tasted okay enough, but was not completely cooked in the center. May try again, hopefully Jr's will have tweaked their GF cooking skills.
