I am currently dining in at the restaurant. Our server asked if this was our first time dining in and explained the menu. I specifically stated that I have celiac disease and need a 100% gluten free options. They have a completely separate gluten free menu. Our server was unaware if the fryer was gluten free but said she checked with the chef and confirmed it was gluten free. I ordered the flautas as an appetizer and the fajitas as my dinner. When my dinner came out it was served with flour tortillas which didn’t make me very confident the food was celiac safe. Our server was confused as to what the problem was. This restaurant could be really great but the lack of proper training ruins the experience. besides the lack of knowledge about allergies the service was subpar.
