Lots of gf options and some tasty combinations (I especially like the bahn mi tacos on corn tortillas). Take out and dine-in, this place is usually packed.
The staff seem to think they’re doing you a real big favor by serving you, tho, so just be prepared.

Really tasty food with a lot of gf options. Menu is not marked but waiter was willing to check with the back on certain items to confirm if gluten free or not.

Juans doesn’t list gluten free options on their menu but a quick call to the restaurant yielded the best surprise. Not only do they have corn tortillas, their black beans, refried beans, cheese sauces and margarita mixes are all gluten free just to name a few. Their general manger is quite tuned in to making sure your visit to their restaurant is top notch. Go and enjoy yourself knowing that they are on top of helping to make sure you have a safe and healthy visit.
