They washed the blender before making my smoothie. All but one smoothie is dairy free and they substitute any wheat ingredients in smoothies. Muffins are GF and vegan and not bad!

The pastries are lovely and the smoothie was tasty. It's great to find a store where everything is GF!

I cannot get them to confirm where their baked goods come from. Company has not answered any requests and staff onsite don't know.

Obsessed with the gf muffins here. Lots of options for someone who's trying to eat delicious healthy food. Lots vegan also

This whole place is basically gluten free and vegan (great for me who also can’t have dairy). The staff let me read the ingredients on the protein powder they put in the smoothies to check it was gluten free and it was! All of their bakery items are also gluten and dairy free. delicious smoothie would highly recommend!
