I spoke with the owner who was very knowledgeable and kind. All of the menu is balanced, the winter smoothies were all "grounding" seasonal foods and spices. I got the vegan migas and my husband got the smoothie bowl and we both got a latte. The whole menu is plant-based. I am so impressed with the taste! If you are in El Paso- check this plant-based restaurant out! ❤
