Truly fantastic and celiac friendly omakase sushi experience. I have a shellfish allergy (severe) and celiac, which make me a difficult sushi eater. However, Juku was incredible in accommodating my needs! They adapted their omakase menu to no shellfish and used gluten-free soy sauce in the preparations of all the sushi. They were so kind and attentive and it made for a really special evening. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Some of the best omakase in the city - better than Sushi Nakazawa!
