The guy at the restaurant told me, without me ever mentioning the word, that they serve “celiacs” everyday, which is a huge + when they know what that is. Furthermore, he explained that the gf crust is made offsite using special precautions to avoid cross contamination and that all toppings were gf. Great pizza that came out on a special tray marked gluten free. No reaction whatsoever.
