Review of Julian Serrano Tapas

This is a fun, unique restaurant within Aria. They do not have a GF menu. My server seemed pretty knowledgeable about what on the menu I could have, if I asked what specifically was in it. There are so many choices, you just comb through and then ask about them and if they were gluten free or could be easily modified to be. I inquired about the potatoes and he quickly said they were gluten free but used the same frier as gluten containing items. So I crossed that off. Was thankful for our waiter and his extra help. I would have given this 5 stars if they had notes on their menu about GF. I didn't get sick from what I had (Mediterranean chicken skewer and the Ensalata Mixta).
