The menu is marked with items that are GF or that can be made gluten free, but unfortunately our server wasn’t aware of what gluten was and couldn’t answer any basic questions. When asked how the pesto risotto that was marked “could be made Gf” she answered that they would leave out the pesto because it had nuts. When I informed her that gluten wasn’t nuts, she did quickly offer to ask the kitchen. It did not give me a high degree of confidence. They do have a separate fryer for things and the highlight of my meal were the crispy potatoes that came with the grilled octopus appetizer. My fish with risotto was just ok but the risotto was more like rice mixed with pesto - maybe this is because they couldn’t make it with a broth due to gluten, but I’ll never know because our server couldn’t tell me how they would modify the dish to make it GF just that it would be made Gf. Overall, I didn’t get sick from gluten exposure, we didn’t leave hungry, but the food was just OK and the serve staff needs more education.

Penna pasta boiled in its own pot can be substituted for pasta dishes. Menu is marked. Ate there twice with no issues. Food was really good!

The restaurant went out of their way to confirm our food was Celiac safe and that the dishes met our other dietary needs. The restaurant also has a dedicated fryer for GF items. And although we did not order pizza, they have a separate space in the oven for GF pizza. We ate there two days in a row for dinner and felt perfectly fine afterwards. Brittany was the best waitstaff member! While she gave us the best service, we feel pretty confident that the restaurant would have still met our needs if she were not there—it just made the dining out experience even that much better.
