Lots of cross contamination issues at Julio's. This places offers gluten free dishes, but the food is not prepared safely for those with Celiac disease. I talked with a manager who told me the only precaution they take is to change gloves. The fryer is shared and they cook the corn tortillas on the same cooktop as flour tortillas. He never suggested they could cook the tortillas on a separate, clean cooktop or pan. That was a red flag for me. I'd avoid this place if you have Celiac.
