I went here for my anniversary and they really took care of me. A good amount of menu was off-limits, of course, but they worked with me and made my options very clear. The drink specials are amazing.

Was not allergy friendly chef does not like changes to his menu. It was very upsetting

Jumpin' Jay's is an authentic seafood restaurant in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. They have, by far, the best raw bar in town with $1 oysters on Tuesday nights. Their menu is unique in that they have an ever changing list of fresh catches that can be paired with one of their six sauces. Jumpin' Jay's is a must when visiting historical downtown Portsmouth.
