Concern for contamination. While there were several marked options on the menu and gluten free buns available that the staff was aware of, there was a lack of understanding about what contains gluten. The wait staff, the kitchen, not the owner was aware that soy sauce contained gluten and they couldn’t tell me what the ingredients were for certain sauces, etc.
